Winemakers notes: This is a crisp, fresh Pinot Blanc. It has a light touch of spice, although the wine is really dominated by tight green apples and fragrant acidity. It is ready to drink now.
My review: I immediately smelled and tasted apple with this Pinot Blanc. It was very light, floral and had sweetness like honeysuckle. It had a very light and dry finish.
Pairings: I did not pair this wine with any food.
